Have you considered therapy?
Anyone who has been in a therapist's office really ought to see this flick. It shows the side of therapy that most films of this subject matter portray with a shallow, more slapstick approach, and makes it funny in a very real sense. Granted, they are very funny situations, and very much exaggerated by its lopsided characters. A grassroots piece of Americana, its easy to watch without loosing its edge. The humor is subtle and refined, the type that makes a person want to rewatch to catch all that they might have missed the first time through. Yet it does not skimp on its eccentric characters and outrageous moments which makes it fun, i.e. therapists who probably could use a dose of therapy themselves. This is a smart movie with strong characters-- well written. Give it a watch
